We have recently introduced direct debit as a method of payment as one of the easiest ways to make regular payments. It saves you time, is more convenient and gives you control over your money.

What is direct debit?
A direct debit is a payment made by your bank or building society from your account to a named organisation - in this case Simply Mail Solutions, following an instruction from you to make such a payment when we request it.

How can I set up a direct debit with SMS?
You would simply need to complete a written Direct Debit Instruction and return it to us for onward transmission to your bank. You can find the form for a Direct Debit Instruction here.

What are the benefits of direct debit?

Spreading the cost of bills across the year, allowing easier budgeting.

You will be granted 14 days of credit. We will invoice you on the 1st of each month but you have 14 days to review your invoice before we take any payments from your account.

The reassurance of knowing that every direct debit is protected by three main safeguards: an immediate money back guarantee from the bank or building society if an error is made, advance notice from the organisation if the date or the amount of the direct debit changes and ultimately, the right to cancel.
