Simply Mail Solutions dissociate themselves from Simply Male Solutions

SMS are investigating viable steps against the creators of Simply Male Solutions.

Warrington, UK, Wednesday 18th November 2009. Simply Mail Solution has announced that the organisation has no connection with the website Simply Male Solutions and that they are currently investigating appropriate actions against the site.

Commented Colin Smith, Managing Director of SMS: “The creators of Simply Male Solutions found a way to use our company’s trading name in a ridiculing manner which is not acceptable to the professional nature of our business. There are currently investigations to identify the creators of the site and to find ways to limit negative impact of the site on our own business”.

Hector Wogel, IP Director of SMS added: “We shall fight this infringement of our rights on the shores of the Internet. And on the further reaches of the Broadband and mobile Universe. We shall never surrender”.

The website has been launched approximately a week ago and is using the brand name Simply Male Solutions to publish articles of Sam Pearson who claims to pursue the aim to “help my readers but also to make them laugh by sharing my and my readers' ideas about life, giving hopefully helpful advice about anything you can imagine and some other interesting stuff that might come up” (Simply Male Solutions, Home Page).
