How does spam protection work?
Every email sent to your email address is filtered by FutureSpam before it reaches your hosted inbox. Safe messages are allowed through and potentially dangerous emails are blocked. At the end of each day a quarantine report is delivered showing all the blocked emails. You can then decide if any of them are 'false-positives' and allow the email to be delivered.
Our systems are intelligent and can learn from you. If the filters are blocking too many emails, or even not enough, you can train the system to match your exact spam filtering requirements.
