Using BlackBerry with Hosted Exchange
Depending on the version of the BlackBerry OS your device works with, you have different options for how to sync your business emails, contacts and calendars.
- BlackBerry 10 – We support ActiveSync Exchange syncing across our Hosted Exchange services (2007 and 2010). ActiveSync is provided free by Simply Mail Solutions.
- Other BlackBerry OS – Users with older versions of the BlackBerry OS receive full syncing through BES free for Exchange 2010 customers. Exchange 2007 users will need to pay a monthly charge, or upgrade to Exchange 2010.
Setting up your BlackBerry with our Hosted Exchange is easy. Simply, email our support team with your details and they will activate the correct services and help you set up your handset. Full instructions are also available within your Control Panel.
