Who can be a hosting reseller?

- Commission programme — Ideal for companies who don't provide on-going support for hosted services. We take full responsibility for the customer, including support, and bill the end-user directly. With the commission programme you receive 15% of revenue generated by a customer in their first year of service.
- Standard Discount programme — The Standard Discount reseller programme delivers a 15% discount on all our hosted services, with you handling end-user support and billing. All our hosted services are available on the standard discount programme without restriction. Once you've achieved average monthly revenues of £500 or more we automatically upgrade you to our Advanced Discount programme — Giving you access to 25% off our standard charges.
- Package programme — The package programme delivers a 35% discount on standard hosting charges. Companies on the Package programme have a fully branded control panel and can offer services to other businesses; effectively becoming a hosting provider themselves.
Hosting services available
All our products ands services are available to resellers, and when we launch new services we make sure they are available through the reseller network on day one.
- Hosted business email — Microsoft Exchange is the standard in corporate email. Your customers benefit from business email, calendars, contacts and reminders all synced across multiple devices.
- Hosted individual email —Exchange based IMAP and POP3 email, giving everyone the chance to run email on their own domain and keep control of their online identity.
- Dedicated servers — If you have larger customers, who need dedicated email infrastructure then a managed server delivers the service they need, with Simply Mail Solutions taking care of maintenance and running costs.

Commission is earned on every hosted service your customer takes in the first 12 months. We take care of billing, customer service and technical support, making the commission programme ideal for design agencies, web hosting companies or any business which wants to offer extra services to customers without the need to provide on-going support.
No fees to join, no minimum sales, no restrictions
The Commission Programme is open to all businesses.
- No fees — There are no charges to join the Commission Programme, which means all money earned from referrals goes direct to you.
- No minimum sales — Commission Resellers don't have targets to reach, so you aren't pressured into finding new customers to refer each month.

All customer support provided by SMS
The Commission Programme is designed for any company who doesn't want to offer ongoing support for Simply Mail Solutions hosting services. We provide full billing, account management and technical support to the end-user. We make sure customers receive the support they need, when they need it. The Account Management team are available during standard office hours, whilst Technical Support is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Opening up new revenue streams for hosting resellers
The Simply Mail Solutions Discount Programme is designed to create additional revenue streams for companies who want to maintain a full relationship with customers. Two Discount Programmes are available, offering a maximum discount of 25% off standard costs. All hosting services are available on both programmes and hosting resellers are automatically moved between programmes based on their monthly spend.
- Standard Discount Programme — Open to all businesses who wish to offer hosted services. Resellers receive a 15% discount on the standard Simply Mail Solutions charges, with discounts starting automatically once you've ordered more than £100 worth of products in a single year.
- Advanced Discount Programme — Reseller who achieve average revenues of more than £500 a month for three consecutive months are automatically moved onto the Advanced Discount Programme. This provides a 25% discount on standard costs, opening up even greater revenue opportunities for IT companies.
On both the Standard and Advanced Discount Programmes hosting resellers maintain full control of:
- End-user billing — The Discount Programme gives resellers the flexibility to decide end-user costs for hosted services, allowing charges to be bundled with other support services.
- End-user support — All end-user support is provided by the reseller, maintaining the one-to-one relationship between you and your and customer. Simply Mail Solutions can provide end-user technical support at a cost of £0.70 per mailbox per month.
- Mailbox management — Hosting resellers self-manage most mailbox functions on behalf of end-users. Creating email addresses, changing passwords, setting aliases, controlling SharePoint access, remote wiping of devices and more can all be actioned via the advanced control panel and OWA interfaces.
- Outlook licenses — Hosted Exchange mailboxes come with access via OWA, mobile devices and tablets. Hosting resellers can provide desktop Outlook licenses, if required. These are available from Simply Mail Solutions for £1.40 per mailbox.

There are no costs for joining the Discount Programme, and the discounts start automatically once set qualifying levels have been meet (£100 worth of orders for the Standard Discount Programme and £500 discounted spend for 3 consecutive months for the Advanced Programme.

The programme offers a dedicated Control Panel interface where hosting resellers can not only self-manage standard email functions but also add or remove mailbox credits automatically. The Control Panel is fully branded in the your corporate colours and logo, making it a full 'white label' solution. Resellers on the Package Programme receive a 35% discount on standard prices.
Unlimited reselling opportunities
All Simply Mail Solutions services are available through the Package Programme, providing the maximum opportunity to generate increased revenues. You are free to charge out to end-users at whatever rate is appropriate, creating the opportunity to bundle in-house services with hosted ones.
The Package Programme provides a dedicated, flexible, hosting infrastructure; supporting hosted resellers without compromising the end-user relationship.
- Mailbox credits — Hosting resellers are free to add and remove mailbox credits when needed.
- Email management — Resellers can respond instantly to customer requests, without having to contact Simply Mail Solutions. Creating email addresses, changing passwords, setting aliases, remote wiping of devices and more can all be actioned via the advanced control panel and OWA interfaces.
- Outlook licenses — Mailboxes come complete with access via OWA, mobile and tablet devices that support ActiveSync or Blackberry. Package resellers can purchase desktop Outlook licenses for end-users that require them, or supply their own.
- End-user billing — All end-user billing is handled by the reseller. Maintaining the customer relationship, allowing flexibility in pricing and parity between hosted and in-house services.
- End-user support — Resellers maintain their position as support providers, with customers remaining unaware of Simply Mail Solutions role in providing the hosting infrastructure.
Simple commitment
Companies who join the Package Programme must commit to generating £1,000 per month in revenue. In return you receive a dedicated hosting services infrastructure and 35% discount on standard costs.
