[10/03/10] Systems at Risk (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (10/03/10 12:05): The current queues are limited to some Exchange servers. We are doing what we can to speed up mail delivery.
We are currently experiencing some delays with mail delivery due to larger than usual mail queues. We are currently investigating and doing what we can to speed up mail delivery. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[25/02/10] Power Outage at one of our data centres(Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (25/02/10 12:15): The Zimbra services have now been fully restored.
UPDATE (25/02/10 11:15): There servers have now been rebooted. MS Exchange servers are running normally again. For Zimbra CS we are currently verifying services before it is fully restored again.
UPDATE (25/02/10 10:25): The servers are now being re-booted and should be coming up shortly again. Please accept our aplogies for the inconvenience caused.
UPDATE (25/02/10 10:15): We had confirmation from the data centre that the servers have been powered up again and services should be resumbed shortly again.
One of our data centres has reported a power outage. Our technical team is working with the team in Manchester to get all services up and running shortly again. Please note that not all services are affected and services are gradually switching to the second data centre. Apologies for the inconvenience.
[18/01/10] Interruption of router connection to MS Exchange (Current Status: Fixed) :-
We are currently experiencing packet loss to some of our services due to issues with a router. This is causing connectivity problems and some of our users may experience short delays and interruptions in service. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
[26/11/2009] ZimbraCS (Current Status: Fixed) :-
Some customers are reporting issues connecting. Our network engineers are investigating the matter and a corrective service restart is in progress on the Zimbra CS server. Estimated downtime is 15 minutes.

Some customers are reporting issues connecting over web access. Our network engineers are investigating the matter and have opened a support case with Zimbra to try and resolve this. Other services for Zimbra such as POP3 and IMAP are not affected. Customers also report Zimbra Desktop is not effected. It is also worth noting that accessing Zimbra over https is working for some customers at this time.
[05/11/2009] Mail Queues MS Exchange (Current Status: Fixed) :-
We are currently experiencing large mail queues on Exchange as a result of a load balancing problem this morning. This issue has been fixed and normal service should be resumed shortly.

[02/11/2009] Limited connectivity OWA (Current Status: Fixed) :-
Some customers may experience an error when trying to access OWA. This is due to a particularly busy cluster server that handling an unusually high number of connections following the outage this morning. We are monitoring server activity and expect normal service to be resumed shortly.

Some customers may experience a slow down in connectivity to our servers. The problem is unfortunately out of our control as it lies with one of our third party service providers. We have contacted the third party to fix the problem and will post updates as we receive information from them. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Update 02/11/2009 13:00 - The problem has been identified with one of the core routers and is in the process of being fixed. Estimated time for full services to be resumed is 30 minutes.

[28/10/2009] Internetlink Vodafone (Current Status: Fixed) :-
Customers using Vodafone to connect to our services are currently experiencing problems.
This is due to the Vodafone DNS servers being unable to resolve a proper route through to our network.
Update 30/10/2009 14:50 - Vodafone have issued a support reference number from the networks team. Please quote 'HD1420390' when speaking to Vodafone.
Update 29/10/2009 14:32 - Vodafone have provisionally identified the problem on their systems and have given a timescale of early next week for a fix.
We are maintaining communications to try and speed this estimate up significantly.
[19/10/2009] Connections to MS Exchange 2007 (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE: Our system engineers have been in touch with the 3rd party provider concerned and they have advised they had an issue with a backbone router in London that was causing some routes to our data centres in Manchester to fail.
They state that they have carried out corrective action for this and we are waiting for confirmation that the routes are now performing correctly.We are getting reports of some customers connections failing and it has been traced to a routing issue somewhere in the internet backbone in a 3rd party router. We have people looking at that from this end right now attempting to contact the correct organisation that needs to resolve that.
As the problem is not within our servers, the data centres our servers are in or in the specific internet backbone connections we use, we have no eta as to when this issue may get resolved.
Our system engineers are however working with our provider to resolve the problems as fast as possible and we hope to have normal service resumed shortly.
[23/09/2009] Connections to MS Exchange 2007 Shared from Entourage 2008 fail (Current Status: Fixed) :-
We are currently experiencing an issue where clients on Entourage 2008 are receiving an error while connecting to Exchange 2007. This is being investigated. In the meantime we ask that customers use Outlook Web Access.

We are currently experiencing message queues on one of our MS Exchange cluster servers which are causing delays for some customers. They will clear naturally and normal service will be resumed shortly.

We are experiencing large amounts of mail on the shared MS Exchange server which are generating queues. Users my therefore experience delays in sending and receiving mail.
