[22/04/2008] Telecity Routing (Current Status: Fixed) :-
Today, Tuesday 22/04/08, some customers are reporting reduced access to certain of our services
All our servers are up and functioning but we are investigating reports that there may be a problem somewhere between certain ISPs and ourselves.
Apologies for the problems and though out of our direct control, we're doing everything we can to restore service to everyone ASAP
[12/02/2008] NetApp Disk Failure (Current Status: Fixed) :-
- One of the hardware disks on our NetApp infrastructure has failed, which may cause some slowdown on some of our services whilst we restore systems to full functionality.
- No data has been lost, and we are endevouring to make this process as speedy as possible.
