[28/07/10] Connectivity to Exchange (Current Status: Fixed) :-
Currently we are experiencing slight problems with one of our shared Exchange mail servers. This is not effecting all users, however some users may experience problems connecting temporarily. We are currently working on this and apologise for this inconvenience.
[27/07/10] Outbound Mail Queues (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (27/07/10 13:15) The issues have been resolved and should now clear within the next hour.
We are currently experiencing some delays with mail delivery on the shared platforms due to larger than usual mail queues. We are currently investigating and doing what we can to speed up mail delivery. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[28/06/10] Connectivity to Mobile Devices (Current Status: Ongoing) :-
UPDATE (29/06/10 9:30) Following extensive investigation there appears to be a bug in the iPhone iOS4 firmware that leaves connections to the Exchange server open for excessively long periods of time. As a result the number of connections available to users of these devices is significantly reduced as they are being left open and should your iPhone be running the affected iOS4 you’ll then be unable to connect again until the number of active connections on the server drops. We are currently experiencing sporadic connectivity with some users, connecting with mobile devices to our Microsoft Exchange Platform. This issue is currently under investigation and steps are being taken to correct this problem as soon as possible. We apologise of any inconvenience.
[15/06/10] Systems at Risk (Current Status: Fixed) :-
We are currently experiencing some delays with mail delivery on the SMS NexGen shared platform due to larger than usual mail queues. We are currently investigating and doing what we can to speed up mail delivery and expect this to be resolved in approximately 30min. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[11/06/10] Outlook Web Access (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (11/06/10 10:15) The issue has been fixed and full access to OWA has been restored.
Outlook Web Access is currently not accessible for users on the Exchange platform. The servers are however running normally. We are working towards the resolution and access to OWA is expected to be restored in 30 minutes. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[19/05/10] Systems at Risk (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (19/05/10 16:00) The source of the problem has been identified and corrected. Remaining queues are decreasing at a steady rate and are expected to be fully cleared within the hour.
We are currently experiencing some delays with mail delivery due to larger than usual mail queues. We are currently investigating and doing what we can to speed up mail delivery. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[12/05/10] MS Exchange interupted connectivity(Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (12/05/10 10:50) The issue has now been fixed.
UPDATE (12/05/10 9:45): The source of the problem has been identified. Estimated time to fix the issues is 30 minutes.
We are currently experiencing interrupted connectivity on one of our Exchange cluster servers. Any mailboxes currently situated on that server will experience difficulties in connecting to the mailboxes until performance has been restored. We are working on this and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
[21/04/10] MS Exchange interupted connectivity(Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (21/04/10 9:55): We had confirmation that the servers are running normal again and performance is back to normal.
We are currently experiencing a slowdown in performance on one of our Exchange cluster servers. Any mailboxes currently situated on that server will be slow to respond until performance has been restored. We are working on this and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
[07/04/10] MS Exchange interupted connectivity(Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (07/04/10 12:30): Our server administrator reported an external factor that send faulty routing packages to our Cisco Routers which caused the issues reported. This has however been resolved and services are running normally.
UPDATE (07/04/10 11:45): There currently is a Cisco Routing issue which is causing the connectivity issues on some of the servers. We are continuously working on this to resolve the issue shortly.
We are aware that some of our customers are currently experiencing connectivity issues on one of our MS Exchange servers. We are working on the issue and are currently determining the reasons for the difficulties. We apologise for this inconvenience.
[10/03/10] Systems at Risk (Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (10/03/10 12:05): The current queues are limited to some Exchange servers. We are doing what we can to speed up mail delivery.

[25/02/10] Power Outage at one of our data centres(Current Status: Fixed) :-
UPDATE (25/02/10 12:15): The Zimbra services have now been fully restored.
UPDATE (25/02/10 11:15): There servers have now been rebooted. MS Exchange servers are running normally again. For Zimbra CS we are currently verifying services before it is fully restored again.
UPDATE (25/02/10 10:25): The servers are now being re-booted and should be coming up shortly again. Please accept our aplogies for the inconvenience caused.
UPDATE (25/02/10 10:15): We had confirmation from the data centre that the servers have been powered up again and services should be resumbed shortly again.
One of our data centres has reported a power outage. Our technical team is working with the team in Manchester to get all services up and running shortly again. Please note that not all services are affected and services are gradually switching to the second data centre. Apologies for the inconvenience.
