SMS Zimbra CS Servers are fully managed by our professional staff and use our enterprise grade infrastructure. They include:

• Zimbra CS

Zimbra CS is an open source server and client technology for next-generation enterprise messaging and collaboration and provides you with all of the features and functionality that a business needs.

• 1GB space per user

With 1 GB per mailbox, you’ll have enough space per employee to stop worrying about the “mailbox full” warning. Extra space is of course available should you need it.

• Premium Anti virus and Anti spam

Our front-end security servers stop spam and viruses from ever entering your Exchange server. This means your email and in-house IT systems are always safe from unwanted emails and viruses

• All hardware, software and support

SMS provides all the hardware and software that you need for a full Zimbra CS configuration. We also provide you with 24x7 support from our Microsoft Certified staff, so you can get help any time you need it.

• Windows Mobile

Windows Mobile 5 & 6 devices and phones featuring ActiveSync including the latest iPhone can seamlessly connect, synchronise and receive push email.

Optional Features

SMS also offers a number of optional features to add to your Zimbra CS configuration. These include:

• Email Compliance Tools

We provide you the option of running Zimbra CS Archive and Discovery to ensure that all important emails will be stored in a separate space to your users' emails.

• Server Customisation

We are increasingly being asked to develop customised solutions for customers. Our infrastructure allows us to quickly and easily add dedicated servers which are the basis of the customised solutions we offer. If you have specific requirements there will be further charges if additional facilities are required. We will quote for this work prior to placing order so that you know exactly what final costs to expect.
