Direct Debit is the simplest way to keep your SMS account up-to-date. Payments are taken from your account approximately 10 days after the invoice is issued and you’re fully protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.
Please remember to include your client ID (found on your last invoice) on the DD mandate as this helps our accounts team to quickly allocate your new payment details.
