- Standard Support – Is included with the purchase of Microsoft 365
- Essentials Support – Includes all of the standard support options plus assistance with setting up domains elsewhere
- Premium Support – Includes all of the Essentials support options plus additional support with creating users/ groups, bulk imports etc and end users are able to request support directly
